Our Story

Storytelling builds community and creates impact.

During the height of the pandemic, Kristen founded Boss Babe Networking (BBN) to meet the growing need for community, visibility, and opportunity for women and survivors.

What began as a response to a global crisis has evolved into an award-winning social media agency specializing in storytelling-driven marketing for women-led businesses, nonprofits, and purpose-driven brands.

More than a decade ago, Kristen Faith Sharpe, Founder of Boss Babe Networking (BBN), shared her story online — and it changed the course of her life.

That moment sparked the creation of a nonprofit dedicated to raising awareness and combating domestic violence. Through innovative programs and powerful social media campaigns, Kristen helped shine a spotlight on one of the most urgent issues facing families and communities globally. Under her leadership, the organization raised more than $1 million online, reached over 200 million people, and empowered thousands of individuals to find their voice.
