Our Impact: Empowering the Next Generation of Women Leaders

At Boss Babe Networking, we don’t just build brands—we build bold, brave women.

Our social impact is at the heart of everything we do, and nothing reflects that more than the Boss Babe Academy—our signature leadership and personal development program designed to equip middle and high school girls with the tools they need to rise.

Boss Babe Academy: Where Confidence Meets Opportunity

Since launching the Academy, 43 girls have graduated from our program—many of whom came to us navigating trauma, uncertainty, or self-doubt. Through our 4-day immersive experience, they leave with new confidence, clarity, and community.

Our program teaches young women the pillars of success:

  • Mental health and confidence building

  • Leadership and networking

  • Business and entrepreneurship fundamentals

  • Creative self-expression and purpose

This year, we’re hosting the Academy at the Olympic & Paralympic Training Center for 45 students to dream bigger—and lead bolder.

We’re Breaking the Cycle. And Building Legacies.”

We’re Breaking the Cycle. And Building Legacies.

We know that economic empowerment is the most powerful tool to prevent abuse.
That’s why BBN is committed to breaking cycles of violence by equipping women and girls with access to tools, mentorship, and real business resources.

  • $20,000+ in grants have been awarded to BIPOC-led nonprofits through our exclusive eCourse, “How to Grow Your Grassroots Nonprofit into a Multi-Million Dollar Mission.”

  • When you purchase a BBN membership, we gift a 1-year membership to a woman-owned business impacted by domestic violence.

  • Our members receive monthly trainings, strategic marketing support, networking events, and a sisterhood of support.

When Women Rise, Communities Thrive

Our Founder, Kristen Faith Sharpe, spent over a decade in domestic violence advocacy, helping millions of women break the silence. Today, through Boss Babe Networking, that mission lives on—transforming survivors into thrivers and small businesses into sustainable legacies.

Doris Rivera-Black is Real Estate Professional by day and Ju-Jitsu Instructor and Co-Owner of Renzo Gracie East by night. Doris’ heart pours out for the community in the countless volunteer efforts and service projects she is involved with. We had the pleasure of working with Doris on her Social Media Audit, Social Media Content Strategy, and developed a custom EPK to highlight her business and passions. Her heart for serving families in our region is special and we’re so glad we could help spotlight her businesses.

Trina Harris felt she was “pregnant" with an idea for years and was afraid and unsure of how to “deliver” this vision — until she met us. Trina believed she received a download from God to work with us to help her give birth to her business. Our Creative Business Consulting Strategy Session gave Trina the direction and roadmap she needed to start planning programs for her new small business. She went from idea to action immediately following our meeting.
