At Boss Babe Networking, we believe that every young woman has the potential to become a leader, a boss, and a successful entrepreneur. That's why we're thrilled to announce the launch of our Boss Babe Academy Summer Program, designed to help young women develop the skills and mindset they need to thrive in today's world.

“Empowering our youth is essential, because their potential holds the key to shaping a brighter future for all of us.” - Nayada Moore, Founder of Hashtag Co. and Presenter for the Boss Babe Academy

As the saying goes, "it takes a village to raise a child." We recognize that empowering young women to succeed isn't just the responsibility of parents and teachers, but of the broader community as well. Through our Boss Babe Academy program, we aim to create a supportive and inspiring environment that nurtures the potential of every young woman. We’ve rallied some of our communities most influential women and business leaders to pour into the next generation of boss babes.

“We aren't just raising kids; we are nurturing future adults. Empowering our youth is vital to shaping responsible global citizens who make a lasting impact. To achieve this, we must empower them from a young age.” - Kimberly Gold, CEO of the Gold Standard and Boss Babe Academy Presenter

We also understand that mental health is a critical component of overall well-being. According to a study by the National Institute of Mental Health, 31.9% of adolescents aged 13-18 will experience an anxiety disorder in their lifetime. Girls are more likely than boys to experience anxiety disorders. We recognize that mental health challenges can be particularly acute for high school-aged girls, who are often navigating a complex web of academic, social, and personal pressures.

That's why our Boss Babe Academy program is designed not only to develop essential life skills such as communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and community building but also to support the mental health and well-being of young women. We recognize that building confidence and empowering young women to believe in themselves is a crucial component of mental health and well-being. We provide a safe and supportive space where young women can learn how to express themselves, learn, and grow without fear of judgment.

“When you educate a woman; you educate a generation!” - Whitney Ford, Makeup Artist & Speaker at Boss Babe Academy

BBN has curated a unique 4/day summer program dedicated to empowering high school aged girls in the Colorado Springs area. We’ve rallied dozens of influential women in the community to help us uplift and inspire girls through workshops and activities, panel discussions, leadership training, community building, and mentorship. Our program focuses on communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and community building, but also includes activities that promote self-care and mindfulness.

Special Thank You!
